How long will delivery take?
Personalised items require a little more attention to ensure your purchase is perfect. Items can take up to 7-10 days to be delivered, and 14 days during peak seasons.
How long will it keep my beverages cold for?
Well, this depends. If you keep bottles and cups at room temperature they will surpass 12 hours. If you keep them in direct sunlight this decreases. To increase the temperature control we recommend pre cooling your product before use and making sure your liquid is already ice cold, popping a couple ice cubes in also helps.
How about fizzy drinks?
We do not recommend using the bottles with carbonated drinks, too much pressure will cause the lids to pop off. You can use the cups for sparkling, but we recommend keeping the sip hole open to reduce build up.
What are your products made from?

How do I care for my products
Never put your cup or bottle in the dishwasher, or the freezer, and while i’m here, keep it out of direct sunlight please. Most importantly, to avoid rust make sure the bottles and cups are completely clean and dry before storing.
Will it keep my coffee hot too?
Don't you worry your drinks will be nice and toasty for up to 6 hours. Keep the lid closed to help beverages stay warm and don't forget to take care with hot drinks!
